Chapel Allerton Tennis, Squash and Gym club has an excellent and friendly gym, with the latest in cardiovascular and resistant equipment, as well as an extensive free weights area.
Chapel A Gymnasium
The gym is split into two air conditioned rooms, both with full audio coverage. The main room is where you will find our state of the art cardiovascular equipment, fixed resistance machines and stretch area. Adjoining the cardio area is a separate weights room, which incorporates more fixed resistance machinery.
The gym has a friendly and professional fitness instructor on duty at all times in order to aid members with their fitness requirements. Whatever your fitness goals and whatever your age, we have the facilities and expertise to help you reach them. The instructors also offer personal training at extremely competitive prices.
Chapel Allerton Tennis, Squash and Gym club prides itself on its friendly atmosphere and the gym is no exception. Whatever your age there are a number of well attended social events open to members, as well as the great day to day atmosphere within the gym itself.
We are very proud of our generous opening times which are also complimented by the knowledge that no matter what time you visit the gym it is never too busy that you find yourself waiting for a machine.

Monday – Thursday 6.30am -10.00pm
Friday 6.30am- 9.00pm
Weekend 7am- 9pm
On Bank Holidays the gym opens at 8am.
Instructors: Alastair McKenzie, Carl Cleasby, Harry Savva and Chris Baldwin all provide level 3 personal training, with discounts offered for block booking.
All instructors are members of REPS and can offer a range of sports conditioning, weight loss and fitness training.
