Tennis at Chapel-A

Established in 1880, Chapel-A is the home of tennis in Leeds and one of the oldest tennis clubs in the country. From hosting the Wimbledon pre-qualifiers for many years through to the many legends and top players who have graced our famous grass courts over the years, our proud history can be seen throughout the club.

We pride ourselves on accommodating for all ages and abilities from beginners and intermediary level through to top county and national team tennis. Whether you are after coaching, social play, box leagues, team competition, or simply a court to play with friends, Chapel A has it all.
