Tennis for Adults  For adult tennis players at Chapel A the club can offer tennis at all levels, coaching for the beginner through to top level competition in the National Club League.
We offer the following club play sessions, these are open sessions for intermediate and team players and is free in the summer. In winter the session costs £4 per player during the week and £5 per player on a Sunday.
Tuesday evening from 6pm
Wednesday 11am-1pm
Fridays 11am-1pm and 7pm onwards
Sundays 2pm-6pm
For beginners we offer the following social play sessions.
Thursday 10am - 12noon £5 per player to include a coffee
Saturday 1pm-2pm £4 per player Non members welcome to social play sessions.  Competitive Tennis
During the summer competitive events are provided with an active Tennis Ladder for new members, and singles and doubles box leagues. In May the club runs the Hardcourt Championships followed by the main Club Championships in July and they provide the focus for the competition year, with open singles and doubles draws for all tennis members.
Chapel A is well represented in various tennis leagues from the National Club League,Yorkshire League and the local tennis leagues Leeds League and the Barkston Ash. The team matches are co-ordinated by Christain Kaiser. The ladies have a practice session from 6pm on Moday nights and the Men's team practice is on Wednesday evening. Coaching For Adults Adult coaching is available in groups or in one to one sessions through Derek Munro, Head Coach. Adult lessons can be daytime, evenings or weekends; for the complete beginner or for adults who have played for many years. Derek can be contacted by e-mail on coachmunro@virginmedia.com
